Subscribe to the Lakes Area Bid Room

There are two basic subscriptions to the Lakes Area Bid Room. 1) Lakes Area Only Subscription: This entitles you to receive bids from only the Brainerd Lakes Area. The fee for this is $25 billed monthly or a one time annual payment of $240 (A Savings of $60). 2) Lakes Area and State Wide (Minnesota). The fee for this is $35 billed monthly or a one time annual payment of $360 (Savings of $60).
