What does the TPM
Lakes Area Bid Room do?
It allows people (contractors, home owners,
business owners) to post their projects so
contractors can contact them and provide
prices.
I am a home owner and have a project
that needs to be completed. Can I use this
service?
Yes - All you need to do is click on the
"Submit A
Project" link and fill out the form.
Do I need an architect?
Some projects will need an architect. When
you submit your bid information a
professional project manager will be
contacting you to discuss your project, and
whether or not you need an architect.
Does it cost anything to submit a bid?
No - submitting a bid is free of charge.
There are other services offered at
different rates.
Does it cost anything to receive the
project bids?
Yes. Please visit the
Subscribe page
to learn more about or basic subscription
packages.
How do I bid on a project?
You need to be subscribed to this service.
Once you are projects will either be faxed
or emailed to you an a daily basis.
Instructions will be listed on the bid
posting on how to submit a
bid.
How do I subscribe to this service?
Click on "Subscribe"
link and fill out the form.
How do I know contractors are
receiving my bids?
Upon request, a receipt of all email and
faxes can show your bid are being received.
I am talking with a lot of contractors and
receiving lots of quotes for my projects,
how do I pick one?
Selecting a contractor can very difficult.
TPM offers a "Bid Receiving Service" to help
you analyze and pick a contractor. TPM can
also consult with you starting at $30/hour
residential and $50/hour commercial. |
